Kids

I as everyone knows, cannot have children thanks to cancer. But I was just thinking about my younger cousins, and even though I will never know the joy of being a mother, I do have the joy of seeing these young rug rats :-), growing up. And even though DJ and Melva are like brother and sister to me, sometimes I feel more like a parent to them. I stayed with them and their mom a lot and babysat them, as they was growing up. I feel so old sometimes when I think about how I changed their diapers and I have changed the diapers of their kids too. Of course I was 9 years old when I started changing their diapers. And I learned real quick with DJ to use a towel when changing a boys diaper. LOL.....
I just want to thank DJ and Melva and their spouses for sharing their lives with Matthew and me and letting us be a part of their kids life too.
