Fish Update

Well as of yesterday morning, all of Ebbie's fishes are dead now. Duke died yesterday morning. I am not going to get anymore. I am gonna try to take the aquarium back. Ebbie doesn't even seem like she misses Duke.

My seedlings

I have started 6 packs of seeds. When they come up I will add them to the flower bed. So far only my marigolds and carnations have came up so far. I know a lot of people don't like marigolds, but I do. They are so easy to take care of and I like the yellow and orange colors of them. My aunt Vickie (ViVi to the kids) loves carnations. I plan on giving her some when they are big enough to transplant. I planted red ones. I also planted some purple wave petunias. These I love also. I also have Red Hot Poker started, coleus, and lobelia. I can't wait to get all these added to my flower bed. the red hot poker plants are perenals, the rest are annuals.

News on my mom

My cousin Melva sat with my mother at the hospital yesterday (Saturday). I haven't been able to see mom since Thursday. I picked a great time to get sick. I have had a bad cold or flu. I have missed a couple of days of work too. Anyway, I called and talked to Melva last night and mom doesn't have conjested heart failure and the cancer isn't in her bones. She does have a bacteria that is common in hot tubs. How she got it we don't know. Thats all I know so far.

I would like to introduce..........

We bought a 1 gallon fish aquarium for Duke. I didn't want him to be lonely, so today we got him 2 goldfish friends, gold one is named Goldie, the brownish one is FlavorFlave and then an alergie eatter named New York. I watch too much vh1. :-)

Working on something

Matthew and I are going to put a flower bed at the front end of our Trailer. I have taken a before picture and when we get it finished I will take an after picture and then post them both. This will be our first flower bed. We had a small one at MawMaw and PawPaws trailer, but it was in one they had already did. We just put a couple of flowers in it. This will be one we will work on together. I bought some flowers to put in it and a butterfly bush, I also started some seeds in seed pots today to add to it when they are ready. I want lots of flowers in it.
